Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use it for savory pastry dough?
The Susan Pro is not suitable for heavy doughs such as those used in savory pastries. It was designed for highly creamy preparations, but not for heavy doughs. If used for this purpose, it may be damaged.
What types of sweets and creams can I safely prepare in this equipment?
It is ideal for preparations requiring a high creaminess, especially those based on condensed milk and heavy cream. Traditional and gourmet brigadeiro, egg sweets, coconut kisses, cake fillings, filled Easter eggs, thick creams, and bases for artisanal desserts work very well. The included premium scraper was developed for this type of texture. Very liquid mixtures, such as pure milk, are not recommended because they do not create the ideal lubrication for the system.
Is it suitable for those who are just starting out in professional pastry making, or is it only for large-scale production?
It works perfectly for those who are starting out and want to grow with structure. The minimum capacity allows you to work with small quantities, while the maximum capacity grows with increased production. It's a piece of equipment that grows with you.
Is it compatible with my induction, gas, or ceramic cooktop without losing performance?
Yes. The Susan Pro is compatible with induction, gas, and ceramic hobs, maintaining the same performance on all of them. The stainless steel base distributes heat evenly, preventing overheating and ensuring stable cooking.
