Delivery time will vary depending on the destination country.

• Mainland Portugal: 1-2 business days from the date of the Confirmation Email;
• Madeira and Azores: 3-6 business days from the date of the Confirmation Email;
• European Union: 3-7 business days from the date of the Confirmation Email;
• Outside the European Union: 5-8 business days from the date of the Confirmation Email.

The above deadlines are merely indicative; however, Panela Mexedora will make its best efforts to meet them, although their fulfillment does not depend solely on itself, considering the intervention of third parties in the delivery process of the items.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout, depending on the destination.

Panela Mexedora will inform the customer of the unavailability of the ordered product(s), and will proceed with the refund of the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of notification of unavailability.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, and this amount is automatically calculated for each order during the checkout process, based on the order's weight, destination country, etc.

For shipments outside the European Union, Panela Mexedora is not responsible for any delays or customs costs, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We have a 14-day return policy, so you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused and unworn, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you information about the shipping method and the address to which you should send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

In the event of a return without just cause, the customer will be responsible for the logistical shipping costs.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/items that cannot be returned
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the items you want is to return the item and, after the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of a new item.

14-day cancellation period for the European Union
Regardless of what is mentioned above, if the items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within a period of 14 days, for any reason and without obligation to provide a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the condition in which you received it, unused and unworn, with its tags and in the original packaging. You will also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
