- Portugal continental: 1 a 2 dias úteis;
- Madeira e Açores: 3 a 6 dias úteis;

- Fora da União Europeia: 5 a 8 dias úteis.
Os prazos acima são indicativos. A Panela Mexedora faz o possível para cumpri-los, mas o cumprimento também depende das transportadoras envolvidas na entrega.
O valor do frete é calculado automaticamente no checkout, conforme o peso da encomenda e o país de destino, e fica por conta do cliente.
Se algum produto da sua encomenda estiver indisponível, avisaremos você e faremos o reembolso do valor pago em até 15 dias a partir da constatação da indisponibilidade.

Use 1 lata de leite condensado para 1 caixinha de nata (creme de leite) por receita.
Se a receita levar mais líquidos (leite, leite de coco e afins), comece por esta proporção e acrescente o restante só depois de a massa começar a engrossar durante o cozimento, assim não compromete a lubrificação da panela.
Is the machine safety certified?
Yes. All equipment has CE Certification and complies with the electrical safety and food contact standards required by the European Union.
What is the equipment warranty?
1-year full warranty on the motor and rotation system. Assistance is provided in Portugal, with parts available here, without sending the machine outside the European Union.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Stock is in Portugal. Orders shipped within 24 hours: 24 to 48 hours in mainland Portugal and 3 to 5 business days for the rest of the European Union, with tracking. No customs fees within the EU.
